SECTION 16 – SCHEDULES
CHECK-IN: 2pm / CHECK-OUT: 12pm – regardless of the guest’s arrival time at the hotel.
Departure after 12pm, only with authorization from the reception department. If not, another night will be charged. If you choose to extend your stay, the guest must ask the reception, at least 24 hours in advance, and, in case of availability, be attended to.
In case the guest does not clear out the room until check-out time and is not present at the hotel, the staff will have the right to move the guest’s belongings to the reception with the supervision of the manager or responsible.
